About Us

Our Journey to New Zealand

In 2016, I, Robin, arrived in New Zealand from the Philippines as an international student — excited, nervous, and full of hope. The breathtaking landscapes and the warmth of the Kiwis quickly made me feel at home. Pursuing my nursing registration was a dream come true, and I was determined to make the most of this opportunity.

After completing my studies, I worked tirelessly to become a registered nurse in New Zealand. It wasn’t always easy—there were challenges, sacrifices, and moments of uncertainty—but my dedication and passion for healthcare paid off. Eventually, I became a proud New Zealand citizen, grateful for the opportunities and sense of belonging this country gave me.

Bringing My Family to New Zealand

My success inspired my brother to follow the same path. He came to New Zealand as an international student, and is now a successful accountant and permanent resident. Soon after, I was able to sponsor my parents to join us here. Seeing them settle happily in New Zealand was one of my proudest moments.

Uniting My Family

The ripple effect continued—my cousins, nieces, and nephews were inspired by our journey. They pursued their own studies in New Zealand and are now building their futures here as permanent residents. Watching the next generation thrive in a safe, welcoming, and opportunity-filled country has been one of the greatest rewards of my journey.

Giving Back

Looking back, we realized our experience could serve as a guide for others. We knew firsthand the excitement and challenges international students face. That’s why we founded Real Visa Consulting — to help Filipino students and families navigate the process with clarity, confidence, and support.

Helping Others Succeed

Through our company, we’ve been privileged to guide many students from the Philippines as they pursue education and careers in New Zealand. Seeing them succeed, just as we once did, brings us immense joy. New Zealand changed my life — and my family’s life. Now, we are committed to helping you and your family take the same step toward a brighter future.
